- Are you selling me leads?
- No. We don't sell homeowner lists. You bring the list, we rank it. Our own numbers are counts and areas.
- Where does the data come from?
- NOAA radar hail estimates for every storm day of 0.5" and up, matched to county parcel records and city reroof permits. Radar isn't ground truth. The inspection confirms the damage.
- Is the 12-month date the real deadline?
- It's the date to plan around. The homeowner's policy decides. In Oklahoma many policies run to 24 months when damage isn't visible.
- What happens to the list I send?
- It's stored privately and used only to rank it and send it back. We never sell it, share it, or mix it with anyone else's data. Ask, and we delete it.
- Do you get into my CRM?
- Not today. You send an export and get a file back. Nothing connects to your CRM without your OK, and we show you exactly what it reads.
